Conference fee (in euro):

*students: Documentation proving registered student status (student's ID card or                      a letter from student's supervisor prepared on the notepaper of the institution should be sent via email to VTK-RegistrESSR2011@ukaachen.de or has to be shown latest at the registration desk at the venue.

Cancellations must be made in written form by mail, fax or email. If cancellations are made before 01. March 2011, a refund of 80% of the conference fee will be made. No refund will be possible after this date.

Name Badge

The name badge will be provided at the registration desk during the registration. They must be worn at all times during the scientific sessions and social events for security reasons.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be given to all registered participants at the regis-tration desk.

Payment
A Payment via credit card (visa, master and maestro) will be possible at the registration desk.
Also, a cashpoint is in the entrance of the building (SuperC).
